Request Account or Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data connected to our apps at any time.

  1. Email us at aa21pa.solution.help@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the app name, your registered email or user ID, and a short confirmation that you want your account/data deleted.

What We Delete

  • Account profile details connected to the app.
  • Gameplay, points, rewards, and app usage records linked to your account where deletion is technically possible.
  • Support messages or personal details that are no longer needed.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be kept for a limited time when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, payment, or dispute-resolution reasons. Retained data is limited to what is necessary.

Processing time: We aim to respond promptly and complete valid deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying account ownership.

For fastest help, include the app name, your device model, app version, registered email or user ID, and screenshots if they help explain the problem.
