2. Eligibility & Accounts

4. Payments & Subscriptions (via Paddle)

  • Paddle is our exclusive payment provider. All billing, subscriptions, and receipts are processed securely by Paddle. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s terms and privacy policy.
  • Fees are charged at purchase and may auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Any discounts, promotions, or trial periods (if offered) will be presented prior to checkout.
  • Manage invoices, updates, and cancellations via Paddle’s customer portal or by contacting our support.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and Paddle’s policies.

5. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to that processing.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, enjoyable gameplay, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, remove, or modify games and features without notice, and periodic maintenance or outages may occur.

  • The App is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not offer gambling, financial, or professional services.
